Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and active Field Supervisor who can manage on-site work, loading supervision, material checking, and coordination between the warehouse, transport, and clients. The candidate must be practical, hardworking, and ready to handle field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise marble loading and unloading work
• Check material quality and quantity before dispatch
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers
• Visit sites when required for measurement or inspection
• Ensure proper packing and safety during dispatch
• Maintain delivery records and documentation
• Handle the labor team and monitor their work
• Report daily work updates to management
• Solve site-related issues quickly

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
• 2–5 years of experience in the marble, tiles, or building material field work
• Basic knowledge of marble sizes, thickness, and quality checking
• Ability to manage labor team
• Responsible and physically active
• Basic knowledge of the billing and dispatch process
• Honest and disciplined personality
