Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and intelligent female telecaller who can handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support the sales team. The candidate must have good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Respond to inquiries about imported marble products
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper records
- Share product details, pricing, and showroom information
- Coordinate appointments for showroom visits
- Maintain daily lead data in CRM or Excel
- Support the sales team in client follow-ups
- Build positive relationships with customers
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer handling preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Polite, confident, and professional behavior
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
- Ability to handle customer queries properly
- Target-oriented and responsible
