Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant who can manage daily accounting work, billing, GST, and financial records properly. The candidate must have good knowledge of accounts and experience in handling business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries
• Handle sales and purchase billing
• Manage GST filing and tax-related work
• Maintain bank reconciliation and cash records
• Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Maintain ledger accounts and balance sheets
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for billing
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Handle TDS, GST returns and compliance work
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reports

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com preferred (Commerce background required)
• 2–5 years experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation
• Experience in Tally / accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Honest and trustworthy personality
