Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced Accountant cum Stock In-Charge to manage accounts and maintain accurate stock records at our Kishangarh unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, inventory management, and daily operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans
- Handle GST entries, tax calculations, and monthly reconciliation
- Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation statements
- Support audit requirements and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist in vendor payments and follow up with suppliers
Stock & Inventory Management
- Monitor daily stock movement of marble slabs and blocks
- Maintain accurate stock records, stock register, and slab numbers
- Coordinate with yard staff for loading/unloading updates
- Perform regular physical stock verification
- Report stock shortages, damage, or mismatches
- Maintain inward/outward registers and GRN records
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing
- Prepare stock reports and share with management when required
- Ensure proper documentation for transportation and logistics
- Support warehouse operations to maintain proper product arrangement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and stock management (marble industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and invoice management
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

Salary
INR 12,000 to INR 18,000 per month
