Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom nature of our marble products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exceptions for Return

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has visible manufacturing defects.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • Return Shipping: In cases of defects or damage, we will arrange for return shipping. RMS Stonex will cover the cost of shipping for eligible returns.

Refunds will be processed only for products that meet our return criteria (manufacturing defects or transit damage). Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval Confirmation: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as minor issues or partial damage, we may offer partial refunds instead of a full refund.

Exchanges Policy

RMS Stonex does not offer direct exchanges. However, if there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect with the received product, we will provide a replacement as per availability.

Important Notes

  • Natural Stone Variation: Marble is a natural material, and variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal. These natural differences do not qualify as defects, so returns or refunds will not be processed for these reasons.
  • Damage Reporting: If there is visible damage to the product upon delivery, please note it with the delivery team and report it to us immediately.
  • Inspection Requirement: All products undergo thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure quality and minimize the chances of defects.
