Returns Policy

Because many marble items are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the order meets the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility

  • Product is unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exceptions Accepted

  • Visible manufacturing defects.
  • Damage during transit (reported promptly with clear photos/video).
Why the 7-day window?

Natural stone is heavy and logistics-sensitive. A short window helps us validate evidence, arrange safe pickup, and reduce handling risks.

    Email info@rmsstonex.in or call +91-99295-46645 within 7 days. Include a brief description and images/video.

    Assessment & Approval

    Our team reviews your request. If approved, we’ll share pickup/return instructions and packing guidance.

    Return Shipping

    For eligible cases (defect or transit damage), RMS Stonex covers return shipping and coordinates logistics.

After approval, please hand over the item within the agreed slot (typically 15–30 days from approval) so we can complete inspection promptly.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only to items meeting our return criteria (manufacturing defects or transit damage). Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

How Refunds Work

  • Approval: Initiated within 30 business days after approval.
  • Method: To the original payment method (bank transfer, card, UPI, etc.).
  • Partial Refunds: For minor issues/partial damage, we may offer a partial refund or fair adjustment.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. If a quality issue or manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement subject to availability.

Important Notes

Natural Stone Variation

Variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural and not defects; returns/refunds don’t apply for these reasons.

Damage on Delivery

If damage is visible on delivery, note it with the delivery team and inform us immediately with photos/video.

Pre-Dispatch QC

Every product is inspected before dispatch to minimize defects and handling risks.
