Job Description:
RMS Stonex, a leading marble company in Kishangarh, is hiring an Experienced Supervisor to manage daily showroom and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle staff, inventory, and overall workflow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily showroom and warehouse operations.
✅ Manage and coordinate showroom staff to ensure smooth functioning.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
✅ Maintain quality control and inspection of marble slabs.
✅ Ensure a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
✅ Handle customer inquiries and assist in sales operations when required.
✅ Supervise the loading and unloading of marble slabs safely.
✅ Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth transactions.
✅ Ensure all workplace safety and compliance standards are followed.
✅ Generate daily reports on stock, sales, and showroom activities.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in showroom, warehouse, or operations supervision.
✔️ Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
✔️ Basic knowledge of marble or building materials (preferred).
✔️ Ability to handle a team, manage workload, and solve problems.
✔️ Good communication and reporting skills.
✔️ Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
